    Teams are the ONLY way to get things done.  I need help.

    Our company culture will be determined by our founding members.  Want to be at the root of something powerful and smart?  Read on.

    Our bottom line is peace;  Our policy is freedom;  And our mission is fun!

    My promise to you is to push your boundaries, I will show you how amazing you are, or scare the shit out of you.  If you don’t like the sound of that, I don’t blame you.  However, I expect you to push back and show me more of myself.  This is partnership.  I commit easily and find few who can match me.

    I take my cues from material like this:

    This is my first team formation and it has become apparent to me that I am the obstacle, in this process.  I’ve been on many teams and been well liked by 95% of my teammates.  One of my most recent clients, said I was a “slice of heaven to work with.” I’m not sure I believed him, but he said it.  The first person I want to bring in will be master of resources.  Got a network of geeks, lets interview each other?  I need a good team builder’s help!
