quoted and thinking

A while ago, I said something worth quoting.  At least @venturehacks thought so.  It was fun to watch the dozen or so mentions roll in with my words attached “My exit strategy is death”.  There were some fun comments attached to a few of them like: “that’s commitment”, “HARSH”, or “great start-up one liner”.  It got me thinking about my commitment and another idea around selling personal investments.  I’ve been reading about a trio who are selling a percentage of their future earnings for a one time up front no strings capital investment.  Since, I’m in for life, I wonder if I should consider selling this type of investment.

I’m looking for a Canadian angel to be friends with and have a long talk about the future of politics and how games of significance are the future of advertising.  I heard the term moon shot a few times the other day.  I’m shooting for Venus, whatever that means. ;-)

Would love to hear any opinions or stories about selling future revenue for a cash infusion today.

Thanks for reading!

Help me!

I would appreciate any feedback on this presentation.  Is it clear?  What do you like?  What do you dislike?  What do you think is missing?  What am I doing wrong?  Yes I am doing lots wrong, but need your help identifying my additional weaknesses.   Do you think this could work?  Would you want to play?

Thanks for reading!

is this the beginning?

Of a blog, yes.  But of the story no.

Ideas have been sprouting in my head for years.  I started to pay attention when they began to click together like puzzle pieces.  Since then database designs have formed.  Marketing plans have formed.  Artistic branding requirements are forming.  I’ve never been so excited in my life.  I’ve enlisted a friend to help me build the prototype.  Now I’m working on naming, branding, and figuring out the best timing for me to incorporate, so that I don’t violate the terms for collecting employment insurance and I maximize the tax advantages.
