i’m working my day job almost everyday now.
i know i can do a better job of it. and so i am.
for the first time in my professional career i feel very appreciated, trusted, and supported by the company i work for. which is great.
i have a hard time explaining to people what i do, because they don’t use these products … ever.
enterprise level ticketing, service catalog, change management, and process automation software, just isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. i understand it. i can figure it out. this makes me valuable. it feels good.
so i work away the days. i take this break to write this post. i’m still learning everything startup. working my online pitch. getting no feedback. my next spare time company task is v2 of prototype screens for what i’ve finally boiled my MVP down to. still wondering when my co-founder or two will show up. i need to make more friends.
speaking of friends … (more…)

I’m waking up to how much help I need and how little experience I have. I’m going through a very difficult time personally right now and it’s showing me all my errors in crystal clarity. I have to ask for help, but I don’t know who to ask. My best friend keeps giving me clues, and I try to reach out, but I need to work at it harder. Stubbornness is going out the window, along with my arrogance, and other stopping-me qualities. I am a nut, I am in love, my dream is what I am living, and it’s turning into a fun story. To kick it up a notch I just fired myself from the position of CEO and put myself in my place, as Founder / Product Designer. I’ll remain acting CEO, until I partner with my replacement.
What I need to do is work my prezi and find that first follower/partner, advisers, money, and lots more fans. Check out the facebook page or follow us on twitter links to the right under comunicate me.
Thanks for reading!

1) I got an interesting email response today from the CEO of Answers.com in response to a question I sent to their website weeks ago. I was impressed that my impetuous email actually landed on his screen, let alone that he responded. I remember sending messages direct to the CEO at CGI, where I was working, and getting no response. I want to say thanks to Bob for taking the time to get back to me and I hope I can be as attentive to my future customers, employees, and investors as he demonstrated today.
